Digital Pet Day: Max and Garth

My animal's names are called Max and Garth.  Max is six years old and Garth is one years old. Max has black, brownish goldish and white fur. Garth has ginger and white fur. Max is a softy because he is so gentle and he wont hurt any other dog.  He is also cuddly and he loves pats. Garth is playful because he always plays a lot and he loves to play hide and seek on his own.  Garth eats cat meat and cat whiskers biscuits.  Max eats dog roll and sometimes he has his treats when he doesn't scab around people, his treats are biscuits. Garth sometimes sleeps on my bed when I don't realise until he starts chewing or moving then I wake up. Max loves sleeping on Nikkita's bed.

The house where no pets aloud...

In this picture there are lots of beautiful trees and bushes, there are lovely clouds and one of them is a shape like area horse.  Beside the house is a black chair where the people who want to sit down, so then they can have a nice time sitting outside.  When they sit down they could be waiting for their grandchild or their kid. The sky is that lovely that you would want to be in the sky.

Fuppet Mixy

My puppet is called Mixy and she thirteen.  Her birthday is the 25th December.  She has very soft skin.  Her nose is hard like very hard rock.  She has three different types of hair.  The color of those three different types are: pink, purple and blue.  Her hair is as sparkly as glitter.  The light pink is as soft and fluffy as a sofa.  The dark pink is as soft as a bunch of grass.  The color of her skin is pink.  The eye color is yellow.  The top of her eye lids are a very dark pink and the under layer of the eye is light blue. The color of Mixy's tongue is light pink and the shape of the tongue is a heart.

My puppet feels happy inside because she can do her maths and read.  Those are her good things that she can do.  The first thing that she does when she comes home straight from school is clean her room. Then she does her homework.  After that she makes her bed and has something to eat.  Her favourite foods are strawberries, potatoes, pizza, fish 'n chips, MacDonald's and meat.

My puppet likes to do reading, writing, maths and drawing.  She likes drawing so she can remember her family when they die.

Hunting for circles...

We went round the school looking for circles.  We found lots of circles. We found a lock we thought it was 5cm but it was 4cm.  We found some nails we thought they were 0.5cm but it was really 1cm.

Then we went to the clock face centre, beside the scooter ramps.  We thought it was 5cm, but it was 13cm.  We looked at the tyres and we thought that they were 50cm, but they were 57cm.

Then we found a concrete circle we thought it was 30cm, but it was 31cm. Then there was a metal screw we found we thought it 2cm and we were right!

Triangles from maths

In maths we have been learning to make triangles out of pretzels and these are the some of the ways to do some triangles with pretzels. One triangle was called the equilateral triangle. These are the things you might like to do with your pretzels. We have been doing it for two days and we had to get a piece of paper and then Elizabeth said draw triangles. After we finished making the triangle out of pretzels Elizabeth came around and asked what was the same and different about the triangles. She wanted us to make this triangle called equilateral out of pretzels.

Our Amazing Playground: An Adventure theme

Our playground had an adventure theme.  In it we have a pool, flying fox, panda, dragon, igloo, seal maze, climbing wall, turtle and dolphin swings, snake water fountain and toilets. The seal maze you can go through the maze or climb on the seal. The swings are called turtle and dolphin swings because there is a dolphin and a turtle. There is an igloo that has snow falling from the top, but it is actually white foam falling from the top of the igloo. There is a panda sculpture that you have to go through the mouth and look out its eyes.

The Fuppet Documentary

We made fuppet’s for the fuppet’s documentary 'Return of the Nits. We entered the MADE AWARDS. The whole class helped and we helped each other. We made the fuppets out of fabric. We got to choose our own colours and accessories. We love our fuppets and we took photos of them.

We got to take them home after we had our fuppet assembley. We had lots of fun with our fuppets at home. We feel proud of ourselves and we love our hard work. When we had to put our arms up with our fuppets our arms got tired. When we were in assembly we felt better. When we made our fuppets we were excited and nervous. We needed a bit of help and we loved making our fuppets!

Fuppet: Creamy

Fuppet Creamy has a purple tongue, pink eyebrows, a pink nose, pink hair and a blue mouth. The colour of her skin is a cream colour, so she is called Creamy.   name is called Creamy. Creamy eats healthy food which is carrots. Creamy is a girl. She is funny because she makes me laugh.

Creamy has perfume smell like lolly cake.  Creamy lives in Christchurch. She loves her family, pets and toys. Creamy is six year’s old and her hobbie’s are netball, playing and eating.  Creamy is sometimes bad, but most of the time she is good. Creamy hate’s tying her hair up and getting breakfast.

Venetian Mask: Depenga

When I was making my mask I first put some paper and glue on it, so the paper could stick to my mask. Then I put some hot glue gun on it, so I can do my patterns. I then put some paint on it. When it was dry I went and showed Elizabeth and she said that I could put some gold paint on it.

Jellybean Simile: Hair ties

On Friday we went to the Groynes. We found some interesting creatures in the water. We caught them from the river. We saw some geese on the grass. We also saw some pukeko and lots of ducks. We tried to catch some insects, but some people did not catch any insects. They kept trying. We had activities to do and they where fun activities. We loved the Groynes. We found out how the Groynes got its name. We found out if we put rubbish on the ground or in the water you can kill the insects and bugs.
