Air force Museum...

What interesting photos Mrs Douglas has taken of your trip to the Air force Museum.  What was your favorite activity?

We went to the Air force Museum and dressed up in a pilot suit.  I saw a plane with a broken wing.  We made planes and we did a scavenger hunt.

Last Wednesday Room 6 went to the Christchurch Air force Museum  and met a nice man called Chris.  He showed us around the museum and we got to see a wall of honour.  It has lots of names on it.  It’s because lots of people that were in the Air force had died.  Chris took us to his classroom and show us a video.  Then he made us dress up in kid size pilot suits with a vest and a safety helmet.  Then we had morning tea.  We did a treasure hunt and then we left.
